Whole Steamed Fish

Incredible and so moist. Enjoy
Prep:10m Cook:10m Servings:12

Ingredients
6 pounds black cod gutted head and tail on
1/4 cup sliced ginger
1/4 cup sliced scallions
Cabbage for lining steamer
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Peanut oil heated to simmer

Directions
1-.Score the skin on the fish.
2-.Place some ginger and scallions inside the cavity and the rest on the skin.
3-.Put fish in a steamer lined with cabbage leaves.
4-.Steam for 10 minutes.
5-.Pour soy sauce over fish followed by hot peanut oil.
