Ingredients
White-flesh fish
Ginger
Spring Onion
Red Chilli
Mixed Seasonings:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp sugar
3/4 tsp sesame oil
Directions
1-.Place ginger on the fish
2-.Steam for 10 minutes
3-.Pour mixed seasonings over fish
4-.Add Spring Onion and chilli
5-.Steam for another 10 minute
